Classic Flowers evolved from Just Freesias, a small Freesia by post business started in 1992 on a word of mouth basis.
The business grew steadily through its reputation for quality and personal service. In 1996, due to requests from customers for a wider variety of Guernsey flowers, additional varieties were added to the service.
Classic Flowers still specialises in Freesias grown at the award winning Just Freesias nurseries. The quality of the Freesias from these nurseries has won many awards over recent years including the coveted Rendezvous Silver Salver, the highest accolade for flowers grown in Guernsey.
Other Guernsey flowers included in the service provided by Classic Flowers, if not available from the Just Freesias nurseries, will be selected from local nurseries for their quality to ensure satisfaction.

The Internet side of Classic Flowers started in the summer of 1999, and has since built up a good reputation amongst its customers for supplying the best quality Guernsey flowers, at a competitive price, and with a first class service. Internet orders now account for about 80% of our flowers by post sales.
